FAQ's

General

Q. Do you provide service weekends?

A. Regular maintenance such as lawn care or window cleaning is not typically performed on weekends, however if a snow event trigger is achieved, we will clear snow within 12 hours.

Lawn Care

Q. Do you really use batter-powered equipment for lawn care?

A. Yes. We chose to go battery powered where possible in 2018 to be more environmentally conscious, and to reduce the noise of gas-powered equipment - which our customers appreciate!

Q. Do you clean pet waste?

A. No. Please pick up after your pet before we visit. If there is an excess amount in our work area we will not be able to perform our service and there may be additional charges as a result.

Snow Clearing

Q. How much snow must fall before a snow removal trigger is met?

A. One Inch (1”) of snow accumulation triggers snow removal services beginning at 8AM the following day. We do offer a zero tolerance snow management plan for additional fees

Q. Do you use trucks with plow blades?

A. Yes, however, we use smaller equipment such as snow blowers, shovels and leaf blowers for our residential clients as much as possible.

Q. For contract snow clearing do you give credit for months with minimal snowfall?

A. No. Our “contract” snow clearing is a monthly subscription, and the cost is the same per month. We do not charge extra for months with heavy snowfall either.

Q. Do you clear windrows?

A. Yes, on request. Please contact us directly if you have a windrow that needs attention for an additional fee.

Q. Do you clear ice?

A. We do not provide ice buildup removal services within the 1” trigger contract. Ice is caused by snowmelt and is not considered part of snow clearing. We can apply ice melt on request for an additional fee, ask about our zero-tolerance plans.
